For every parent, his or her child is the only one, the only one, the best in the world. But there are children who, from birth, have to struggle first for survival and then for the opportunity of normal development and education. These are children with disabilities. In my speeches and reports I have repeatedly drawn attention of heads of educational organizations to the need to create a special educational environment for «special» children.

An important guarantee of the constitutional right to housing is the inadmissibility of arbitrary deprivation of housing.

The problem of orphanhood is one of the most difficult to solve. Despite the measures implemented at various government levels, the low proportion of children who are adopted shows the need to improve the system of incentives for citizens wishing to adopt or foster children left without parental care.

We are maximal public and open to people as possible for we are human rights defenders. People come to me and my staff for appointments, as a rule, with trouble, with problems, tired of walking around offices. That's why I hold weekly receptions for citizens.

March 03, 2023 marks the 23rd anniversary of the establishment of the institution of Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan. The Ombudsman, the staff of the Office, and public assistants stand guard for the protection of the rights and freedoms of the citizens of our republic. Of course, without the assistance of our colleagues we would not be able to organize our activities so effectively.

Fruitful cooperation with various organizations is one of the most effective forms that contribute to the realization of our activities. Today we signed a cooperation agreement with «Ioann’s Kronshtadtsky labor house», an autonomous nonprofit organization to provide social assistance to the needy.
