Joint reception of citizens with the head of the state bureau for the Republic of Tatarstan

Every story that people come to us with is not just words, but a reflection of pain, hopes and the desire to achieve justice.

Today we held a joint reception of citizens with the head of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan Mars Fatkullin. During the meeting, 10 requests were received: on the issue of violating the rights of a mother and her son, on the illegal actions of law enforcement officers, on assistance in providing treatment to a serviceman, on the issue of parole, as well as complaints regarding injuries at work, labor and housing issues.

Each request was considered with special attention. The main thing for me is to give people not only answers, but also real help in solving their problems.
