Took part in the II International Practical Conference "The Origin and Development of Ideas on Human Rights and Freedoms"
Today I took part in the II International Practical Conference "The Origin and Development of Ideas on Human Rights and Freedoms", which is taking place in the capital of Abkhazia - Sukhum. Representatives of human rights institutions from different countries took part in the event.
In my speech, I noted that the protection of women's rights remains a key area of our work. Using the example of Tatarstan, I spoke about the role of women in public life, who successfully combine the preservation of cultural traditions with active professional and social activities.
I paid special attention to supporting motherhood, childhood and family values. Women deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, united in the public movement "Marhamet - Mercy", actively contribute to solving social problems and implementing charitable initiatives. An important area of activity of the association of women deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan "Marhamet - Mercy" are also telephone hotlines.
I believe that only through the unification of efforts, support for women and the creation of equal opportunities can we achieve harmonious development and strengthening of a legal society!
