Focus on issues of consideration of citizens concerning the sphere of healthcare
Today, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan organized a seminar for heads of medical institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan, the main topic of which was practical aspects of working with citizens' appeals in the sphere of healthcare.
During the seminar, we discussed the need for careful attention to each notification received from citizens in the SIS RT "Public Control", and paid special attention to assessing the quality of services provided. Such tools as "Public Control" and the feedback platform "Let's solve together" give us the opportunity to see the real problems that residents of the republic face and respond to them promptly.
It is very important to constantly maintain feedback with the population and keep our finger "on the pulse". It is important for us to resolve all incoming questions, explain to people what has been done to eliminate these problems.
