Today the plenary session of the republican August meeting of education and science workers took place. The event takes place at the B. Rameev IT Park in Kazan.

In order to ensure additional guarantees of State protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person and a citizen, one of the tasks of the Ombudsman in the Republic of Tatarstan is to protect the rights and legitimate interests of persons, in places of detention, including those under the penal correction system of the Russian Federation.

The representative of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the next meeting of the State Committee on Tariffs, where he noted a decrease in the number of complaints from citizens on the problem of the removal of solid municipal waste in July.

How can we get more specific and detailed information about the complainants' problems, their attitude to the situation, clarify the questions and quickly find answers to them? Personal communication with the citizens during the reception allows the Commissioner to get a full picture of the situation and to study in detail the issues that concern the residents of the republic. He can listen to the opinions of citizens, help them understand difficult situations and give them advice that will allow them to defend their rights.

In order to improve the quality of consideration of notifications in the GIS «People’s Control» employees of the Office of the Commissioner daily monitor the incoming notifications system.

For every parent, his child is unique. Of course, parents cannot protect their child from all problems and sooner or later they have to overcome the difficulties that arise in his way. But there are children who have to struggle from birth first for survival, and then for the possibility of normal development and education. These are children with disabilities. If such children were given due attention, they were perfectly capable of adapting and becoming a harmonious part of modern society.
