Personal reception of citizens remains an important element of our activities. It is within the framework of such reception that applicants can directly address their concerns and receive the necessary support.
Today, the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan held a personal reception of citizens, during which 12 requests were received. The topics of the requests were diverse - among them were questions regarding improvement, service and assistance to the elderly, payment of alimony, establishment of disability, admission to a specialized kindergarten, medical assistance to the accused spouse, violation of the rights of minor children, a missing brother in the special military operation, a deceased spouse in the special military operation, a son who has been in captivity for several years, and there were also migration issues.
Each applicant received qualified assistance. Some of the issues were resolved during the reception, the remaining requests were taken into work and are under my personal control.
