This is the happiest period in life, when all around emotions, all life ahead, many friends, discoveries, dreams, goals, projects, the possibility of choice and knowledge of the world.

Today, our compatriots are participating in a special military operation, and as Commissioner and our staff, I am involved in all issues and forms of work with the mobilized and their families and participate in providing them with all necessary and every possible support.

Every spring and autumn, thousands of young conscripts from all over the country go to serve their homeland, and a year later, the grown-up and adults return home. Most of the future soldiers are the graduates of the school and university, who have received diplomas and do not have the right to postponement from service. The important thing is: is it easy to serve, is the learning process interesting, is there a connection with parents, is the form appropriate, how organized the food and medical care, what are the future goals of young people?

The participants of the meeting noted the need to implement a comprehensive socio-psychological approach to the rehabilitation and resocialization of juvenile convicts registered with the penal correction inspectorate.
