As human rights defenders, we are as open and public as possible. As a rule, my staff and I are attended by people with troubles, problems, tired of going to offices. That’s why I have weekly meetings with citizens.

The main result for the Commissioner and his team is the solved problem of the resident. Today, nine people came to us for help in solving difficult life situations.
