A joint meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Coordination Council on the implementation of the pilot project «Effective Region» in the Republic of Tatarstan took place today in the House of Government. All municipal areas were connected to the meeting via videoconference.
As the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin reported, the Republic for the fifth year preserves the second place in the National rating of the investment climate. But the region will not stop there.
The project «Pass-through investment flow» (with the participation of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and GC «Rosatom» continues in the republic). Work is under way on 9 algorithms to optimize the key procedures required in the implementation of investment projects.
Deputy Prime Minister of RT - Minister of Economy of RT Midhat Shagiakhmetov told about the interim results of the project «Through Investment Flow», about the current business climate and proposals for its improvement.
Dmitry Repyev, Project Manager of JSC «Production System «Rosatom» State Corporation «Rosatom» presented preliminary results and prospects of the project «Through investment flow» implementation in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais Tatarstan, in his final speech, stressed that several tasks must be performed for the successful implementation of the project «Pass-through investment flow» and, in general, to create favorable conditions for investors. These are, first of all, the training of qualified personnel, the definition and observance of clear regulations, as well as a special pool of land parcels that must be ready and can be transferred to the investor. All this will speed up the work with investors, Rustam Minnikhanov said. In principle, the work in these areas is organized. Please adhere strictly to regulations. We are waiting for real results».
