Telephone "hotline" for education
Today in Kazan «hotline» on education issues worked during the day. Tatarstans applied for admission to kindergartens, schools, secondary and higher educational institutions. The questions of the Tatarstan residents were answered by the women deputies of the «Merkhaemet - Mercy» association, representatives of the relevant ministries and departments.
During the telephone hotline, we provide targeted assistance to each resident of the republic who has applied. In addition to the questions on enrolling in educational institutions, today we also received calls on the organization of free hot meals, Tatarstans asked what categories of families apply for such a benefit.
Questions on the enrolment of children in kindergartens and schools remain relevant for residents of new residential neighbourhoods, when the social infrastructure does not have time to build housing. The hotline also received a call regarding not enrolling a child in first grade. We try to go on such appeals of citizens to the field to clarify all the circumstances in order to understand how objective the complaint received from the parent.
The deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Tatiana Larionova noted our coordinated work together with the deputies of the Tatarstan Parliament and representatives of the relevant ministries and departments.
A number of questions raised by the Tatars were related to the provision of assistance to children with disabilities, more specifically to their education and organization of tutoring.
About 50 Tatarstan citizens have applied for assistance and advice to deputies and representatives of specialized departments today. Each question has an individual card of the applicant. Issues requiring individual consideration are monitored by parliamentarians for further work. If necessary, additional requests are made to State and municipal authorities.
