The theme for the program has been chosen deliberately. Today, many citizens are not aware of their fundamental rights, as guaranteed by the existence of free legal assistance is simply not aware or are not sure of its quality.
Saria Saburskaya in her speech noted the important role of non-profit, non-governmental organizations in legal education as the factor of high public trust in such organizations. As an example of Tatarstan ombudsman led activities of the regional branch of the Russian public organization "Union of Pensioners of Russia" for the Republic of Tatarstan, which organizes the Ombudsman within four years of legal education events such as Days of Legal Assistance and the School of legal knowledge.
Total in 2014 conducted 24 classes of the school of legal knowledge for 4238 students, including 8 lessons for students of the University of the "third age", 10 zonal training for recruits and their parents, 6 lessons for the students of the optional course "Utilities." During 11 days of legal aid, including retreats in Buinsk and Zelenodolsk district, 456 people received counseling.
