Took part in a ceremony to mark the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War
A gala event dedicated to the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War was held at the Musa Jalil Tatar Academic State Opera and Ballet Theater.
Among the guests were veterans of the Great Patriotic War and home front workers from various regions of the republic, veterans and participants of the special military operation, representatives of public organizations, government agencies, and religious denominations. An exhibition from the National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan, "Heroes and Feats," dedicated to the war period, was on display in the theater's foyer.
During the event, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, presented state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as letters of gratitude from the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan to veterans of the Great Patriotic War, veterans of the special military operation, and active military personnel. A concert program dedicated to the heroism of the Victorious Generation was also organized for the guests.
Victory Day is a special and truly significant holiday for our country. It is very important to carefully preserve the memory of the people's heroism, pass it on to the younger generation, and express gratitude to those who gave us a peaceful sky above our heads!
