We discussed issues of traffic management and handling notifications and requests from citizens
Today, the Kazan Municipal Executive Committee's Transport Committee held a meeting to discuss the management of citizen notifications and appeals posted in the SIS RT "Public Control" and messages received from citizens through the Feedback platform system on the Russian Federation State Services portal.
During the meeting, 30 examples of citizen notifications and appeals with suggestions for traffic management were reviewed.
To ensure road safety, create conditions for preserving the lives, health, and property of road users, and protect their rights and legitimate interests by preventing road accidents, the meeting reviewed notifications regarding the installation of pedestrian crossings, traffic lights, road signs, and speed bumps, as well as the development of public transport stops and bus shelters.
Following the meeting, responsible officials were given recommendations on improving compliance with the requirements for timely resolution of issues of concern to city residents, high-quality execution of notifications, and the posting of interim comments, which will allow city residents to stay informed about the review of notifications.
