During the meeting, I discussed in detail the principles of their work, the main categories of appeals, the participants in the system and the procedure for reviewing citizens' notifications.

In 2025, 89,186 notifications were published in the SIS RT "Public Control", which is 10% less than in the previous year. For the entire period of the system's operation, almost 752 thousand notifications have been posted, and measures have been taken on 688,417 notifications. In 2025, 96,685 appeals and messages from citizens were received through the PIC, which is 3% less than last year.

Special attention is paid to quality control and deadlines for the execution of requests. During the year, a meeting of the Project Office of the Regional Management Center was held, as well as 43 working meetings in the Office of the Commissioner and municipalities of the republic. In addition, the staff of the device monitors incoming notifications on a daily basis. In cases where inappropriate statuses, unreasonably long deadlines, or poor-quality work are identified, applications are returned to work to eliminate deficiencies.
