Another lecture was held for students of Kazan State Medical University

At today's lecture, students from Kazan State Medical University discussed the participation of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan in the judicial protection of citizens' rights.

Elmira Khabibullina, Deputy Head of the Department for the Restoration of Citizens' Rights at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the legal basis of our work, which is carried out in accordance with Law No. 95 of the Republic of Tatarstan dated March 3, 2000, "On the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan."

Special attention was paid to the practical aspects of court work. We discussed the procedural forms in which the Commissioner participates, including filing an administrative claim in court, joining the court process, and submitting opinions to the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Adelina Mursalimova, Head of the Information and Analysis Department of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about the activities of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan, including how it handles citizen requests and notifications received by us and in the SIS RT "Public Control."

They also discussed how to organize citizen engagement and what is important to pay attention to. At the end of the meeting, the students were encouraged to be attentive to people, their problems, and to always strive for justice in their professional activities.
