A meeting was held on issues of working with conscripts
Today, we held a working meeting with Shamil Khalimov, Deputy Chairman of the Youth Parliament under the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Evgeniya Kotsar, a member of the Kazan City Duma.
We discussed issues related to the organization of work with conscripts. We described the work of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan in this area, including how conscripts are escorted to military units, as well as the practice of visiting military units where our fellow Tatars serve.
We also presented our "Conscript Handbook," which contains up-to-date information on conscripts' rights and includes contact information for the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Our colleagues, in turn, described the activities and key areas of work of the Youth Parliament under the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
