Activity in the SIS RT "Public Control" over the past week
To improve the quality of notification processing in the SIS RT "Public Control", staff from the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received daily. In addition, citizen messages received through the feedback platform are regularly analyzed, allowing for comprehensive coverage of all digital channels of communication with the public.
Over the past week, 4,600 notifications were published in the SIS RT "Public Control" of which 1,671 were taken. 2,263 messages were received through the feedback platform, 1,396 of which were resolved.
As usual, I would like to share examples of how issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" were promptly resolved:
☑️ A resident of house No. 3/1 on Komsomolskaya Street in the Aktyubinsky settlement reported flooding in his yard. After each heavy rainfall, all rainwater from the adjacent street area flows toward the designated courtyard. This creates serious problems for residents, as the flow of water has a destructive effect on the foundations of residential and outbuildings, leading to deterioration of the building structures. The Aktyubinsky Settlement Executive Committee of the Aznakaevsky District conducted a cleanup day to clean the gutter using equipment from Almetyevskoye PTS JSC. The author gave the highest rating for the quality of the report review (No. 293682790);
☑️ The Leninogorsk District Executive Committee issued a notice regarding the restoration of the initials carved on the Glory Obelisk on the Alley of Glory in Leninogorsk. The author reported that, due to the impact of precipitation, the names of military personnel carved on the memorial plaque were significantly damaged and became illegible (No. 6926507); ☑️ Within 5 days, JSC "GUAD" completed a notification regarding the cleaning of the trash bin on Lenin Street in Almetyevsk (No. 7096712).
A message regarding the need for pothole repairs on Noksinsky Spusk Street in Kazan was received on the feedback platform. The Sovetsky District Administration of Kazan completed the repairs within two weeks. The applicant expressed gratitude for the prompt resolution of the problem and gave the maximum rating of 5 stars (No. 294173285).
Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan most actively submitted notifications to the SIS RT "Public Control" in the following categories:

📌 "Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Roads" - 976;
📌 "Organization of Outdoor Lighting" - 461;
📌 "Traffic Management" – 359;
📌 "House Maintenance" – 292.
