Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week

To improve the quality of notification processing in the SIS RT "Public Control," the Commissioner's Office monitors notifications received daily.

Over the past week, 7,115 notifications were published in the SIS RT "Public Control," of which 2,261 were addressed.

As usual, I would like to share examples of how issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" were promptly resolved:

  • A resident of building No. 72 on Adelya Kutuya Street in Kazan reported a cluster of icicles above the entrance to the first building, as well as ice in front of the entrance, posing a risk of injury to residents. Over the course of three days, the Administration of the Sovetsky District of Kazan carried out work to clear the ice and eliminate winter slipperiness (No. 7340502);
  • Alsu Management Company LLC carried out mechanical snow removal in the courtyard of building No. 135 on Lenin Street in Almetyevsk (No. 7343796);
  • A notification regarding the lack of outdoor lighting on Chishmale Street in Nizhnekamsk was received by the system. The Nizhnekamsk District Executive Committee completed the street lighting restoration work within three days (No. 7378352);
  • The Avtozavodsky District Administration in Naberezhnye Chelny executed a notification regarding the need for repairs to the bus stop shelter at the "Avtomobilny Zavod" bus stop (No. 7346212).

Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan most actively submitted notifications to the SIS RT "Public Control" in the following categories:

  • "Maintenance of street and road network facilities during the winter period" - 3,951;
  • "Comprehensive Landscaping" - 1,233;
  • "House Maintenance" - 375;
  • "Solid Municipal Waste Removal" - 258;
  • "Outdoor Lighting" - 208.

You can contribute to improving the quality of life and living conditions of residents of our republic by simply submitting an application to the SIS RT "Public Control" using the "Public Control" mobile app or on the State Services Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan, or by sending a message to the feedback platform through the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services.
