We received a request from citizen A. with a complaint about the disconnection of telephone communication. The resident of the republic reported that she regularly makes payments, but still cannot use the phone or even call an ambulance. Appeals to the company to the operator "Tattelecom" did not bring results.

We promptly contacted the Office of Roskomnadzor for the Republic of Tatarstan and as a result, specialists from the company "Tattelecom" identified a malfunction in the parameters of the cable line and completely updated the communication technology. The subscriber was provided access to SIP telephony via a fiber-optic communication line, and the subscription fee was recalculated for the time the service was unavailable.
