During a personal reception of citizens, citizen E. contacted me on behalf of her grandmother, citizen M., who lives in Naberezhnye Chelny. Citizen M. is a home front worker, a disabled person of the 1st group, and is also bedridden due to persistent dysfunctions of the body. Due to her health condition, citizen M. is unable to independently take care of herself and needs a nurse. Relatives have repeatedly contacted authorized bodies with a request to send a social worker to the home to provide various forms of social services at home, but there was no help for a long time.
We sent an appeal to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan with a request to look into the situation and provide the necessary support.
Specialists from the State Institution "Republican Resource Center of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the State Autonomous Institution of Social Services "Comprehensive Center for Social Services to the Population "Trust" in the urban district of "Naberezhnye Chelny" went to the place of residence, conducted an assessment of individual needs. Thus, from April 15, citizen M. began to receive social services at home.
It is very important that such requests are not ignored, and that assistance arrives on time.
