A citizen I. contacted the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan with a complaint about the delay in considering his application for a certificate confirming the status of a large family.
The family submitted an application through the public services portal on February 26, 2025, but for a long time the application remained without movement in the "registered" status. During a personal visit to the social protection department of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts of Kazan, citizen I. was informed that due to the absence of employees, there was no one to consider his application for a certificate. Meanwhile, according to the regulations, the period for considering such an application should not exceed 10 working days from the date of registration of the application.
We sent a request to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan. As a result of the investigation, it turned out that the decision to issue a certificate of a large family was made, and on March 20 it was issued to the applicant.
