The right of citizens to health care and medical assistance is one of the most important constitutional human and civil rights enshrined in article 41 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The Basic Law refers to health as one of the highest human assets.  

Today we honour those who stand day and night to protect the safety and security of our citizens! I would like to express my sincere congratulations on the professional holiday - the Day of the employee of the internal affairs agencies of the Russian Federation!  

It is impossible to protect the rights and legitimate interests of persons held in places of detention, including those belonging to the penal correction system of the Russian Federation, without periodic visits.  

We continue the practice of joint receptions of citizens - today we are hosting a reception with the deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Amir Mahsudovich Khamitov.  

In order to improve the quality of consideration of notifications in the GIS «People’s Control» employees of the Office of the Commissioner daily monitor the incoming notifications system.  

Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan held a briefing on «Measures of support for participants of the special military operation and their families».  

Today marks 31 years since the adoption of a special document in our republic - the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The problem of assistance to persons in difficult situations without a fixed place of residence or employment is undoubtedly one of the most important activities of the State and public organizations.  

Today, an international conference organized by the European Ombudsman Institute is taking place in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The conference focuses on the role of human rights ombudsmen in protection against discrimination, with particular attention to religious rights. This important topic is discussed with colleagues from Turkey, Bulgaria, Serbia, Germany, Switzerland, Djibouti and Cyprus, with the understanding that it concerns all people without exception. And for us - Russians - it is especially important and symbolic, because today’s conference is being held on the eve of the Day of National Unity, celebrated on November 4.  

Tuesday, which means there will be a reception!

Today, the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner hosted a reception of citizens.

There are situations that are little to read, they need to be felt with the applicant.

Some people are very angry, and some are very sad.
