A working meeting was held on issues of reviewing citizens' notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control"
Today, together with the State Institution "Glavtatdortrans", we held a working meeting devoted to the issues of reviewing citizen notifications received through the SIS RT "Public Control" in the categories "Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Roads" and "Traffic Management". These notifications currently remain in the "Planned" status.
During the meeting, 58 citizen notifications were reviewed. Particular attention was paid to the deadlines for execution, the validity of the review statuses and measures to resolve issues related to road repairs according to notifications from previous years, and the organization of outdoor lighting.
Responsible executors were recommended to promptly respond to citizen complaints and efficiently implement notifications, post interim results of the work done on notifications.
Thanks to such meetings, problematic issues are resolved more quickly and the efficiency of the SIS RT "Public Control" system as a whole increases.
