Since the beginning of 2024, you, dear residents, have applied to the system of «People’s control» already 4,033 times, 2,451 notifications have already found their solution.  

Citizen gatherings continue in the Pestreca municipal district.  

Our social assistants are specialists with active citizenship! Today we met with my assistant Gulia Balafendiyeva - head of the UNP "Center of legal assistance to migrants and other socially unprotected segments of the population Republic of Tatarstan "Legal clinic".  

We try to approach every citizen’s question individually and do everything possible to help them. Our focus is on a wide range of topics that require urgent intervention and response. To increase the possibility of appeal to our Apparatus, we regularly hold receptions of citizens.

Working with citizens' appeals is an essential part of our work. In 2023, residents of the republic and regions of Russia addressed us 5,750 times, of which 1621 - through the system of providing emergency services call through a single number «112».
