Today, we also held a meeting with responsible officials from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan on how to handle citizen inquiries in the Feedback platform and the SIS RT "Public Control".
Since the beginning of the year, the Feedback platform has received 35,885 inquiries on healthcare issues. 1,166 notifications have been published in "Public Control" for 2025. The inquiries primarily focused on the provision of medical care (doctor appointments), the friendliness and competence of junior and mid-level staff, the availability of appointments, the upkeep and comfort of the healthcare facility building, and long wait times for doctor appointments.
We reviewed specific examples and discussed how medical institutions interact with the Feedback platform and SIS RT "Public Control" systems and process citizen inquiries.
Following the meeting, I recommended more careful consideration of each inquirie and, in particular, a timely approach to their completion. It is important for people to feel that their concerns are not ignored.
