A meeting was held at the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan on the review of citizen notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control"
A meeting was held today to review citizen control notices and messages in the "Housing and Utilities" section of the SIS RT "Public Control", which were submitted for processing to the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the executive committees and management companies of the republic's municipalities. The event was attended by Alexander Tygin, Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the executive committees of municipal districts, and the directors of the management companies.
This year, more than 7,500 requests have been published in the SIS RT "Public Control" in this section, of which 6,488 (87%) have already received a positive decision.
At the meeting, 40 citizen notices were reviewed. The most pressing complaints remain related to routine maintenance, lack of entryway cleaning, and inadequate utility services in residential buildings in Kazan, Almetyevsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Bugulma, Yelabuga, Zainsk, Mendeleyevsk, Nizhnekamsk, and Chistopol.
Using examples of these notifications, typical errors and problems in reviewing citizen notifications were discussed to develop systemic solutions for the well-being of the population.
Following the discussion, specific recommendations were given to the responsible officials, namely, to more thoroughly review each request, avoid pro forma responses, and strictly adhere to deadlines for processing requests.
