Based on the results of the work of the All-Russian Coordination Council of Human Rights Commissioners on the topic “Protection of the Rights of Young People” in January 2024, a recommendation was given to the human rights commissioners of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to create chatbots that provide information support to young people in difficult life situations.
