In the Chistopolsky municipal district, we visited the "Chistopol Central District Hospital" to hold a working meeting on the protection of citizens' rights to quality medical care, as well as to monitor the timely and qualitative execution of notices published in the direction of “Health Care” in the SIS RT “Public Control”, the system ESIS “GLONASS+112”.
At the end of the meeting the chief physician was recommended:
📍 Timely and qualitatively consider notifications of citizens coming in GIS RT “People's control” and on the feedback platform functioning on the basis of FGIS “Unified portal of state and municipal services (functions) of the Russian Federation”;
📍 Hold weekly meetings and consider problematic issues that are not solved;
📍 pay attention to compliance by medical personnel
📍 Pay attention to compliance of medical staff and receptionists with the principles of ethics and deontology in relation to patients;
📍 monitor social networks for negative comments of citizens in order to eliminate and prevent the above-mentioned shortcomings;
📍 take measures to improve the rating of the quality of service provision in the framework of the service “Appointment to a doctor” of the Service “Assessment of the quality of service provision to the population”, implemented on the Portal of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
