On 01.07.2024, Federal Law No. 602-FZ of 19.12.2023 will come into force, which abolishes bank fees for certain categories of citizens when they transfer payment for housing and utilities, penalties for late and/or incomplete payment for housing and utilities. 27.04.2024 The Government of the Russian Federation Order No. 1059-r approved the list of persons in need of social support who are subject to exemption from bank commission.
The commission will not be charged to:
1. Persons over 18 years of age who are members of a large family;
2. Pensioners;
3. Persons with disabilities;
4. Combat veterans;
5. Family members of deceased (deceased) disabled war veterans, participants of the Great Patriotic War and combat veterans.
Please note: when the above citizens pay for housing and utility services at the post office, a commission will be charged. To use the right to a benefit, you need to apply through the social protection department of your district, at the MFC or through the “Gosusgoslugi” portal.
