Competion "Woman of the Year. Man of the Year: A Woman's View” is an annual celebration of beauty, spring and femininity! For many years (since 1996) the contest has been held with the support of Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On March 3, 2000, 24 years ago, Law No. 95 “On the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan” was adopted.

As of September 1, 2022, 17,000 educational organizations in 45 constituent entities of the Russian Federation have introduced the position of educational advisor to the director. Employees filling these positions participate in strategic planning for the development of educational activities, interact with children's public associations, and involve children in socially significant projects.
