The list of pedagogical employees who may retire early has been expanded

As of September 1, 2022, the positions of educational advisor to the director have been introduced in 17,000 educational organizations in 45 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Employees filling these positions participate in strategic planning for the development of educational activities, interact with children's public associations, and involve children in socially significant projects.

In early 2024, we sent a letter to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation to include the position of Advisor to the Director for Education and Cooperation with Children's Public Associations in the list of positions eligible for early retirement.

It is gratifying that our proposals were heard and in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia No. 818n dated November 21, 2023 “On establishing the identity of the title of the position ‘Advisor to the Director for Education and Cooperation with Children's Public Associations’ with the title of the position ‘Deputy Director (Head, Head), whose activities are related to the educational (educational) process’, the teaching staff working in this position are entitled to early retirement.
