Personal communication with citizens within the framework of reception allows the Commissioner to get a full picture of the situation and to study in detail the issues that concern the residents of the Republic. He can listen to the opinions of citizens, help them understand complex situations and give advice that will allow them to protect their rights.
Today another reception of citizens together with the head of the FGI "State Legal" Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan was held, within the framework of which 10 people applied.
