Legal assistance to foreign residents and persons without citizenship

On May 25, 2017 the Public Assistant of the Commissioner for Human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Guliya Balafendieva lends legal assistance to the people who are in the Center of foreigners` temporary alimony under Ministry of Interior in the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter referred to as CFTA).

The CFTA contains 160 foreign residents and persons without citizenship including one minor child (17 years). He applied for refugee status within the Russian Federation.

11 foreign residents and persons without citizenship reached out to the Public Assistant for legal support. Judicial decision of appointment administrative punishment towards applicants had been compulsory deportation from the Russian Federation. And the questions were devoted to a dissent from courts` decisions.

They drew up two termination notice of administrative case and sent it to the Court.

During meeting complaints about services and catering in the Center of foreigners` temporary alimony were not received.
