The appeal was resolved positively!
I received a collective appeal from residents of the Arsky District concerned about the planned closure of the Urnyaksky Kindergarten for the summer. In their appeal, the parents stated that such a decision would create significant difficulties for working families who need childcare during the summer months. Furthermore, this kindergarten is the only preschool for children from eight settlements in the district, making its operation particularly important for local residents.
After reviewing the situation, I contacted the Head of the Arsky Municipal District with a request to take the necessary measures to ensure the kindergarten's operation during the summer.
In order to protect citizens' rights, I drew attention to the position of Russian President Vladimir Putin regarding the inadmissibility of unjustified closures of preschool institutions, as well as the current recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, according to which the closure of kindergartens in rural areas for the summer is not permitted, except in cases where there are no children left.
Based on our findings, the necessary measures were taken. Since June 8, the Urnyaksky Preschool has established a duty group for children requiring summer supervision. Additionally, a staffing solution has been found for the full-time cook's vacation, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the facility.
As a result of these measures, dozens of families will be able to continue working without worrying about where to leave their children during the summer holidays. I'm glad that our joint efforts have kept the preschool open!
