A meeting was held in the Almetyevsk district on issues of working with citizen appeals in the SIS RT "Public Control"

As part of a working visit to the Almetyevsk Municipal District, I held a meeting with responsible officials on how to handle citizen notifications and appeals in the SIS RT "Public Control".

The meeting was held at the Executive Committee of the Almetyevsk Municipal District. We thoroughly analyzed the challenges faced by district residents, assessed the quality of their handling of citizen appeals, and developed solutions aimed at improving the effectiveness of public feedback. During the meeting, we analyzed approximately 50 examples of notifications received from district residents.

The most common categories of complaints from residents of the Almetyevsk District include "Municipal Road Maintenance and Repair," "Traffic Management," "Public Transport Route Violations," "Comprehensive Landscaping," "Outdoor Lighting," "Manhole Cover Maintenance," "Parks and Squares," "Outdoor Advertising Violations," "Stray Animals," "Education," "House Maintenance," "House Repairs," "Utilities," "Solid Waste Removal," and "Container Yard Maintenance."

Following the meeting, responsible officials were given recommendations aimed at improving the quality of citizen complaint processing. Particular attention was paid to the need for a more thorough and responsible approach to handling notifications, avoiding pro forma responses, and promptly addressing any identified deficiencies.
