A joint reception of citizens on medical issues

The Commissioner for Human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Adel Vafin held a joint reception of citizens.
During the reception 16 citizens addressed the meeting. Citizens ‘questions were focused on health care, including process of appointment to various doctors, provision with medicines. One question pool deals with the quality of medical services in health institutions of the Republic.
In a number of proposals Adel Vafin encharged with a task the responsible employees of Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan to solve the problems, the majority of the applications were taken by the Minister under personal control.

As human rights defenders, we should be as open as possible to the people, so holding receptions for citizens is mandatory for us. Each reception of citizens just reminds how important and should be held.
