The Commissioner monitors the issue of resettlement of dilapidated houses residents in Alekseevsk town

The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a meeting in connection with the collective appeal of residents on the issueof resettlement of dilapidated houses residents in Alekseevsktown on December 5.

Following the meeting, it was recommended that the Executive Committee of the district to initiate an application to the Arbitration court of Tatarstan about a recognition of the right of municipal property on the ownerless objects of real estate.
