During the reception were examined questions of ten persons against whom the court decision on administrative punishment in the form of forced deportation from the Russian Federation. The main issue is the disagreement with court decisions on the appointment of administrative penalties in the form of deportation, appeal the order to the supervisory authority, the review of decisions of the court and the Federal Migration Service of Russia. In the majority of applications specialists have been given legal clarification, some issues taken under control.
