I also held a meeting at the Nizhnekamsk Central District Hospital with the chief physicians of the Nizhnekamsk district medical institutions.

During the meeting, they discussed the work with notifications and appeals from citizens received through SIS RT "Public Control", Feedback platform, ESIS "GLONASS+112", as well as based on feedback on social networks. Special attention was paid to problematic issues that residents of the republic most often pay attention to. These include long waiting times in queues, the work of medical staff and sanitary conditions in healthcare facilities.

In addition, we reviewed the results of an assessment of the activities of medical organizations in the Nizhnekamsk region for the first quarter of 2026 and outlined further steps to improve the quality of medical care provided.

Following the meeting, it was recommended to take special control over the work with citizens' appeals, including those received through social networks, to strengthen work with junior medical staff in terms of compliance with ethics and deontology standards, as well as to ensure more attentive and timely consideration of notifications to the SIS RT "Public Control" and appeals to the Feedback platform.

After the meeting on the citizen's appeal, I visited the pediatric infectious diseases department of the Nizhnekamsk Children's Regional Hospital with a perinatal center, got acquainted with the conditions of medical care. I also examined the work of the most Central regional hospital.
