Small and medium-sized businesses employ 144,000 people, and their turnover increased by 8% to 736 billion rubles. The share of industrial production in the SME structure has grown significantly.

In 2025, over 18 billion rubles were allocated for the construction and major renovation of social facilities and infrastructure. Twenty-six apartment buildings were constructed, and 4,400 families received new apartments. Land allocation for large families is a particular focus. Of the 9,539 families in need, 4,365 received land plots. The goal for 2026 is to provide land to an additional 4,990 families.

Significant funds are being allocated to developing road and utility infrastructure, major repairs to apartment buildings, and landscaping courtyards.

Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov focused on staffing of healthcare and educational institutions, land allocation for large families, and road accident prevention.
