We hold monthly Legal Aid Days with representatives from various ministries and agencies to ensure our citizens have the opportunity to receive qualified assistance!
Today, such a Legal Aid Day was held at the United Russia Public Support Headquarters in the Republic of Tatarstan.
We received approximately 30 inquiries from citizens. Their questions concerned inaction by law enforcement agencies, tax deductions, refusal to initiate a criminal case, development of a gardening non-profit partnership, an accident at work, drawing up a contract for a disabled son, pension calculations, interactions with neighbors, disagreements with management company charges, benefits for pensioners, residential renovations using maternity capital, installation of antenna equipment, inheritance, failure to provide dental services, registration of apartment ownership, and land issues.
Representatives of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Social Fund of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Notary and Bar Chambers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rosreestr, and the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan answered citizens' questions.
