Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week
To improve the quality of notification processing in the SIS RT "Public Control," staff from the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received daily.
Over the past week, 4,484 notifications were published in the SIS RT "Public Control," and actions were taken on 1,532 of them.
As usual, I would like to share examples of how issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" were promptly resolved:
- The system received a notification regarding the need to repair the ramp entrance to Building No. 70/56, Naberezhnye Chelny Avenue, Naberezhnye Chelny. The author reported that the ramp is impossible to use due to damage to the road surface, which obstructs wheelchair access. This defect poses a direct risk of the vehicle rolling backwards. Within three days, KOMSOMOLSKY MANAGEMENT COMPANY LLC restored the entrance flooring (No. 7488203);
- The Almetyevsk District Executive Committee performed pothole repairs on Rinata Galeeva Street in Almetyevsk (No. 7493264);
- A resident of building No. 79 on Gagarina Street in Kazan reported that the paintwork on the walls of building No. 2 was damaged. MERIDIAN UK LLC in Kazan restored the paintwork as part of routine repairs (No. 7368960);
- The Mamadysh District Executive Committee issued a notice regarding the unsatisfactory condition of the road to the spring on Podgornaya Street, part of the Mamadyshsky state farm. Road surface grading was completed within two days (No. 7491949);
- During the week, the Yelabuga District Executive Committee restored street lighting near House No. 33, Sredny Lane, Yelabuga. The author thanked the responsible contractors for the work performed, noting the following issues (No. 7486828).
Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan most actively submitted notifications to the SIS RT "Public Control" in the following categories:
- "Comprehensive Territory Improvement" - 1,409;
- "Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Roads" - 879;
- "Traffic Management" - 277;
- "Building Maintenance" - 261;
- "Outdoor Lighting Organization" - 260.
