Today, I participated in a videoconference briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the results of digital public feedback platforms in 2025.
In our work, we use several digital tools: the SIS RT "Public Control," the Feedback Platform of the "Gosuslugi. Resolve Together" portal, and the Incident Management system, which allow us to build a transparent and effective workflow for citizen inquiries. In 2025, nearly 295,000 inquiries were received through these channels.
Last year, new closed categories related to drug trafficking and illegal advertising were added to the SIS RT "Public Control," with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan appointed as the moderator. In 2025, the Incident Management system introduced a new metric - resolveability of inquiries - which is now used to evaluate the performance of the republic's government agencies.
In 2025, a meeting of the Tatarstan Regional Control Center and 43 working meetings were held at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipalities to monitor the implementation of citizen notifications with the "Planned" status. During this work, 1,191 notifications from 32 municipalities were reviewed.
The results of 2025 demonstrated extensive and systematic work with citizen notifications and messages received through digital feedback channels. This work will continue!
