The Kukmor District Executive Committee held two meetings dedicated to managing citizen notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control" and Feedback system.

The first meeting was held with responsible officials from the Kukmor Municipal District. They discussed the practical implementation of citizen notification and message processing, any challenges that arise, and the quality and timeliness of responses.

The second meeting focused on analyzing the processing of citizen requests in SIS RT "Public Control" and Feedback system, with the participation of responsible officials from the Arsky, Tyulyachinsky, Sabinsky, and Baltasinsky municipal districts.

During the meetings, approximately 50 examples of citizen notifications and messages were reviewed in detail, and problematic issues and possible solutions were discussed. The most common categories of citizen inquiries include:

  • "Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Roads,"
  • "Outdoor Lighting,"
  • "Winter Maintenance of Street and Road Network Facilities,"
  • "Comprehensive Landscaping,"
  • "Traffic Management,"
  • "Construction of a Container Yard,"
  • "Construction or Modernization of a Children's Playground,"
  • "Water."

Particular attention was paid to the quality of feedback from residents of the republic. It was recommended to review approaches to managing feedback channels, eliminate formal responses to citizens, improve the substantive and substantiated nature of explanations, and strictly adhere to established deadlines for notifications.
