Today we worked in the Nurlatsky municipal district of the Republic, where we held a meeting on working with citizens' notifications received by the SIS RT "Public Control" and Feedback platform.
Together with the responsible executors, we analyzed specific examples of notifications and appeals from citizens, discussed problematic issues and possible solutions.
It was noted that the most frequent notifications from residents in this area relate to the following categories: "Comprehensive landscaping", "Errors in names and inscriptions", "Organization of outdoor lighting", "Maintenance and repair of municipal roads", "Comments on the quality and completeness of the bus stop".
Responsible executors have been given recommendations aimed at improving the quality of work with citizens' appeals. They mainly relate to a more attentive and responsible approach to reviewing notifications, avoiding formal responses and timely elimination of identified deficiencies.
