Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week
In order to improve the quality of notification review in the SIS RT "Public Control", the staff of the Commissioner's Office monitor notifications received into the system on a daily basis. In addition, citizens' messages received through the feedback platform are regularly analyzed, which makes it possible to comprehensively cover all digital channels of communication with the public.
Over the past week, 3,850 notifications have been published in the SIS RT "Public Control", of which 1,300 have been taken. Through the feedback platform, 2,673 messages were received, 1,223 were resolved.
Traditionally, I want to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through SIS RT "Public Control":
A resident of 13 Pionerskaya St., Bavly, dealt with a complaint about a slippery surface in entrance No. 4. The Executive Committee of the Bavly district carried out work on installing an anti-slip rubber mat (No. 7271464) within 2 days;
Measures have been taken to inform the citizen about the need for snow removal in the house area of village No. 2/06, Kamskie Polyany, Nizhnekamsk district. The author noted that cleaning had not been carried out for a long time, but after sending a message to the feedback platform, the issue was resolved promptly. The citizen expressed his gratitude to the performers and gave the maximum rating – 5 stars (No. 322130465);
The Department of Outdoor Advertising and Information of the Executive Committee of Kazan replaced the protective glass on the rear wall of the bus shelter on Pushkin Street in Kazan (No. 7225619);
The citizen sent a notification about the formation of a landfill between Chapaev and Michurin streets in the village of Chistopolsky, Vyselkichistopolsky district. State inspectors of the Volga-Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an on-site survey of the territory, during which the facts indicated in the notification were confirmed. In relation to the Executive Committee of the Chistopolsko-Vyselskogoselsky settlement of the Chistopolsky district, a warning was issued about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements of environmental legislation. Cleaning has been carried out on the specified territory, an unauthorized landfill has been eliminated (No. 7260125).
Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan have been most active in submitting notifications to the SIS RT "Public Control" in the following categories::
"Comprehensive landscaping" -1,057;
"Maintenance of road network facilities in winter" - 548;
"Maintenance and repair of municipal roads" - 434;
"Organization of outdoor lighting" – 352;
"Traffic management" – 258.
