Working with public feedback is an essential factor in effective human rights work.
Today, a final meeting was held in the Executive Committee of the city of Kazan on working with notifications and appeals from citizens received by SIS RT "Public Control" and Feedback Platform.
During the meeting, we discussed in detail the most common problems and complaints that residents of the republic address in feedback systems. For 11 months of 2025, about 285,500 citizen requests and notifications were received through feedback channels.
Special attention was also paid to positive examples of working with citizens' appeals in 2025. The largest number of complaints traditionally comes from residents of Tatarstan in the categories of "Landscaping and infrastructure", "Roads", as well as "Housing and communal services".
Following the meeting, she recommended monitoring appeals from previous years, as well as those for which there were repeated postponements, and carefully considering issues related to the inclusion of certain issues in regional and federal programs.
