Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week
To improve the quality of notification processing in the SIS RT "Public Control" staff at the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received daily. In addition, citizen messages received through the feedback platform are regularly analyzed, allowing for comprehensive coverage of all digital channels of communication with the public.
Over the past week, 4,455 notifications were published in the SIS RT "Public Control" of which 1,503 were addressed. 2,153 messages were received through the feedback platform, 1,074 of which were resolved.
As usual, I would like to share examples of how issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" were promptly resolved:
🔘 A resident of building No. 6 on K. Sagdiyev Street in the village of Vysokaya Gora filed a notification regarding the destruction of the building's entrance. Over the past five years, the entrance's appearance has significantly deteriorated, and the quality of the steps and handrails is unsatisfactory, making it difficult to navigate with strollers. Despite residents' requests, the management company has taken no action. The Vysokogorsky District Executive Committee has completed improvement work on the building's entrance (No. 7024508);
🔘 The Yelabuga District Executive Committee has completed painting and replacement of boards as part of a review of a notice regarding the unsatisfactory condition of the city stage on Marjani Street in Yelabuga. The author reported that the stage surface had rotted, and the metal staircase leading to the stage was corroded and had not been painted for a long time.

🔘 SIS RT "Public Control" received a notice regarding the need to remove plants growing on the roof of the Civil Registry Office building on Marjani Street. Yaroslava Hasek Street, Bugulma. The Bugulma District Executive Committee completed the work within two weeks (No. 7092070);
🔘 The Naberezhnye Chelny Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Avtomobilnykh Dorog" (Road Enterprise) filed a notice regarding the lowering of the curb on Shamil Usmanov Street in Naberezhnye Chelny to ensure ease of movement for people with disabilities (No. 6921032).
Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan most actively submitted notices to the SIS RT "Public Control" in the following categories:
✔️ "Comprehensive Territory Improvement" - 1,307;
✔️ "Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Roads" - 1,017;
✔️ "Organization of Outdoor Lighting" - 420;
✔️ "Traffic Management" – 326;
✔️ "House Maintenance" – 274.
