I received a request from a resident of Bugulma, citizen A. She asked for assistance in returning her husband, junior sergeant, citizen I., from the special military operation zone to serve in the Russian Federation.
We promptly reviewed the request and sent a corresponding letter to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. According to the instructions of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, it is prohibited to simultaneously send military personnel who are close relatives to perform combat missions within the framework of a special military operation.
Following the review of the request, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation made a decision to terminate the official assignment of junior sergeant I. to the special military operation zone and send him to the permanent deployment point of the military unit in the Trans-Baikal Territory.
