Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week
In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control", the employees of the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received by the system on a daily basis. In addition, citizen messages received through the feedback platform are regularly analyzed, which allows for a comprehensive coverage of all digital channels of communication with the population.
Over the past week, 4,950 notifications were published in the SIS RT "Public Control", of which 1,733 measures were taken. 1,560 messages were received through the feedback platform, 1,028 were resolved.
Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control":
🔺 A resident of house No. 6 on Zinovyeva Street in Bavly received a notification about partial destruction of the roof, as a result of which damage to the ventilation ducts of the chimneys occurred. The applicant reports that this caused moisture to penetrate into the apartments during the rain. Repair work was carried out by the Executive Committee of the Bavlinsky District (No. 7065861);
🔺 The applicant sent a notice about the destruction of the floor covering of the underground passage on Yamasheva Avenue in Kazan. Water accumulates under the tiles, creating a risk of falling and injuring passers-by. The Committee for External Improvement of the Executive Committee of the City of Kazan restored the tile covering (No. 7004320);
🔺 The Executive Committee of the Zainsky District issued a notice regarding the unfavorable state of the water on the beach in the city of Zainsk. The author reported that the water had acquired an unpleasant odor, its surface was covered with a massive accumulation of algae, fish were dying, and a film had formed on the water (No. 7033913);
🔺 The Executive Committee of the city of Aznakayevo carried out repairs to the slide on the playground of house No. 27A on Sultangalieva Street in the city of Aznakayevo. The author reported in the notification that the children's slide is in an unsatisfactory condition: individual elements of the structure are loose, some boards are missing, which poses a threat to the health and safety of minors (No. 6965958).
Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan most actively submitted notifications to the SIS RT "Public Control" in the following categories:

🔹 "Maintenance and repair of municipal roads" - 1,100;
🔹 "Traffic management" - 338;
🔹 "Organization of outdoor lighting" - 309;
🔹 "Home Maintenance" - 287.
You can contribute to improving the quality and living conditions of the residents of our republic by simply submitting an application to the SIS RT "Public Control" using the mobile application "Public Control" or on the State Services portal of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as by sending a message to the feedback platform through the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services.
